#Sponsored Book Spotlight: My Favorite Job Is You: Ashley Flynn

SYNOPSIS: An anthem for working mothers everywhere, My Favorite Job Is You takes you on a mother’s journey to find her balance between motherhood and a career. This light-hearted poem serves as encouragement to all mothers rocking their babies to sleep at night and waking up before the sun to do it all over again.
MT THOUGHTS: In a culture that’s overloaded with mom-shaming, it is refreshing and SO appreciated that Ashley Flynn has penned this book. The synopsis calls it an anthem & I believe that is exactly the right word to use. We, as moms, need to be building each other up and contributing to each other’s mothering not picking sides on whether or not one should work outside the home.
Whether you’re a seasoned, mommy veteran or a newbie, this book will speak to your mommy heart and uplift you. But, most of all, it adds an easy to comprehend, direct message to our children. No job is more important than they are. What a positive and necessary message! This book is perfect to read over and over again at bedtime with snuggles.
It’s beautifully written and wonderfully illustrated. I highly recommend supporting authors who are supporting ALL roles in the family as vital and respecting the hard-work of parents/guardians everywhere. It’s a 5 star book. Don’t pass this one up!
