That’s How Much I Love You: Lisa, Olivia, Emma & Jack Bergren

With Valentine’s Day coming up, love is in the air.  Children’s first experience with love is the love they receive from their parents. Reaffirm that love by reading, ‘That’s How Much I Love You’, this Valentine’s Day with your kids.

In the story, a parent & child take turns comparing who loves who more. Each example they give is larger than the one before it. For example, the mother figure says she loves her child more than the number of flowers on a hillside. Eventually, they both commit that they love each other equally as much.

The family is depicted as adorable dogs & readers view them walking hand in hand, exploring their world. The illustrations are fabulous. Though tagged for readers ages 3-8, the story & moral behind it are timeless. Even my older kids thought it was beautiful.

Perfect for bedtime or quiet time reading aloud, this is one of those stories that you can certain will be requested over & over. Children never tire of hearing how much they’re loved & they should hear it often. What better way to express that love than with a snuggle & a story?

Too adorable not to love, it’s a 5 star read. Currently, this story is available via Kite Readers, who continue to bring quality children’s eBooks to readers. Also, you can find it on Amazon.

I was provided a copy in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are mine.
